“Godsend of communicators”
If there is a question about the girls’ grades or the date of their last health check-up, McGivney is the person to ask. Described as the “godsend of communicators,” she maintains frequent contact with the RMOF girls and staff, keeping the board up-to-date on the day-to-day life at the orphanage. She has visited Haiti 23 times in the last decade and is a lynchpin to the open communication between RMOF’s and Hearthstone’s administrations. Besides her work at Hearthstone, Niv is also a practicing education consultant.
